1. Acceptance

By using Real Apologist ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App Is

Real Apologist is an AI-powered educational tool designed to help users explore Christian apologetics — the reasoned defence of Christian faith using Scripture, history, philosophy, and evidence.

The App is operated by BibleReal. Responses are generated by third-party AI systems (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) and shaped by curated theological guidance.

3. Not Professional Advice

Responses from Real Apologist are educational content only. They are not:

Professional theological or pastoral counsel
Legal, medical, or psychological advice
Official statements of any church, denomination, or theological institution

For serious personal, spiritual, or life decisions, consult a qualified pastor, counsellor, or relevant professional.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the App for:

Sincere theological inquiry and learning
Preparing to share your faith or respond to objections
Exploring evidence for or against Christian claims

You may not use the App to:

Generate content for harassment, abuse, or incitement
Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the AI system
Scrape, copy, or resell responses at scale without permission
Represent AI-generated responses as your original scholarship without disclosure

5. AI Limitations and Accuracy

AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Theological claims should be verified against Scripture, recognised scholarly sources, and your own church community. BibleReal does not warrant that any response is complete, accurate, or free of error.

The App represents a Christian perspective. It is not neutral. Users who disagree with Christian truth claims are welcome to engage, but the App is designed to defend and explain Christianity — not to present all worldviews as equally valid.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's design, system prompts, curation, and theological guidance are the intellectual property of BibleReal. AI-generated responses are produced dynamically and are not claimed as original BibleReal works. You retain no exclusive rights to responses generated during your session.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BibleReal and its operators are not liable for:

Decisions made based on App responses
Theological errors in AI-generated content
Loss of data, access, or service interruption
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of operation. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
